St.
Patrick's School offers a specialised team of directors, home-room
teachers, music teachers, physical education instructors, IT
teachers and English language teachers, dedicated to the creation of
a learning experience, which is both systematic and synchronised,
for children from the ages of three to five.
Activities are carefully planned with pedagogical purposes; so as to
cover different fields of knowledge through directed play,
responding to each child's interests, necessities and possibilities.
* In the field of mathematics, a variety of
situations are offered whereby children develop their awareness
through the solution of problems using mathematical skills.
* In the field of social and natural studies,
children investigate the world around them through observation,
simple experiments and comparison, underlining the importance of
respect and care for their environment.
* In the field of expression, a wide range of
materials are used to stimulate communication through different
codes ( verbal, literary, corporal, artistic and musical)
encouraging children's creativity and sensitivity, thus awakening a
sense of pleasure in their emotions.
St. Patrick's School offers two timetables:
* Morning classes, which include activities in
Spanish along with weekly classes in the English language.
* Morning and afternoon classes, which also include
five additional workshops in storytelling, cooking, music, art and
ecology.
